1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jilii Casino ("jilii", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the jilii platform, including the website located at https://jilii.net and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, accessing the jilii platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. 3.2 Account Security

• Immediately notify jilii of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

jilii is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, wagers, and withdrawals made using your account.

3.3 Account Closure

You may close your jilii account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to verification and compliance with our withdrawal policies. jilii reserves the right to retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, even after account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jilii supports a variety of payment methods for Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers from major Philippine banks such as BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, and deposits are typically processed instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.

You agree that all funds deposited into your jilii account are your own and have been obtained through legal means. jilii reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified, and all requested documentation must have been submitted and approved.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawal, or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• jilii aims to process most GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 3 hours during business hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

jilii reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. We may request supporting documentation to confirm the source of funds, identity, or ownership of the payment method. These checks are conducted in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations and are a standard part of responsible platform operations.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the jilii platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will apply, and any conversion fees will be borne by you.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

By participating in any game, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilii platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated tools.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the jilii platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or jilii staff members through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such bugs must be reported to jilii support immediately.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

jilii reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other jilii policy.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player without valid justification.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, jilii reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, jilii may forfeit the account balance in accordance with applicable law. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilii, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

jilii's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilii account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilii makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or suitability of the Service for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Changes to These Terms

jilii reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.
